General Policies

For all orders we will advise you of stock availability and shipping charges. Our policy is full payment prior to shipping. If product is not in stock, we will request a 50% deposit at time of order with balance prior to shipping. Upon notifying you of the above information via email, we will await a confirmation from you before processing of order. We accept business or personal checks, and credit cards through PAYPAL.

Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Standard: Freight prepaid

Shipping costs: It is not possible to list shipping charges for furniture as each purchase will differ in weight, volume and distance of destination. Therefore, each order will be priced out for transportation charges at time of initial confirmation.

» We will give shipping charges to you via e-mail for shipment outside of the United States and request your approval prior to shipment.


Warranties

All our products have a 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects excluding misuse.


Return Policies

No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization Number (RA#) from PALAZZETTI. Returns for exchange will only be available if incorrect product is shipped. No other returns will be honored.

 

Claims

  • Our merchandise is picked up by the transportation companies packaged to insure safe delivery. When shipment is picked up and signed for by the transportation company, our responsibility ceases.
  • We suggest that all merchandise be inspected immediately upon receipt.
  • Do not accept a shipment with evidence of damage or shortage until the driver endorses a statement of the irregularity on the face of the transportation receipt.
  • If customer gives the transportation company a clear receipt for goods that have been damaged or lost in transit, the customer does so at their own risk and expense.
  • We do not assume responsibility for damage or shortage incurred in transit. Customer must claim and collect from carrier by notifying the carrier claim department immediate.
  • We will assist in providing you with any documentation you may need for such claim.
