The PALAZZETTI® collection of Mies Van der Rohe furniture, part of our museum quality modern classics, was introduced in 1981 and it was and still is manufactured in Italy with the original specifications and the best quality materials and workmanship. It includes 15 pieces of Mies Van der Rohe chairs, Mies Van der Rohe tables, Mies Van der Rohe chaise lounges, Mies Van der Rohe ottomans and beds. The Pavilion chair and ottoman, from the Barcelona exibition in 1929, as well as the daybed, are offered in the original chrome finish, with screwd on belt leather straps, hand cut and tafted aniline leather cushions. The Mies side and arm chair have the belt leather back tied with a string, not sewn onto the frame as in lesser quality versions, and the seat belt leather is secured on the bottom with adjustable springs.
